Returns & Replacements

We are totally committed to your positive shopping experience and thorough enjoyment of!   
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items (we accept only new, unused products; an open product is considered to be used - it's impossible to return such a product). Please contact us immediately to let us know of the issue. We will mail you a free prepaid shipping label (we will not accept any return without one). Please package up your return securely, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box and mail it back.  Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging. 
When emailing about a defect, please state the following information:
  • Your order number
  • Your name 
  • The nature of the defect 
After processing your return, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge. 
We know that you can change your mind, but please remember that these are cosmetic products, therefore it is only possible to return unopened and unused products due to health and hygiene purposes. An open product is considered to be used, it's impossible to return such a product. To return a product please contact us. Returned items need to be in its original packaging and must be unopened and unused. We understand that everyone has different expectations and perceptions, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please remember to obtain & keep the proof of postage receipt and your tracking number. Carriage and charges for parcels are the responsibility of the customer. Goods must be returned to us at our distribution centre within 14 working days of delivery to you or notifying us of cancellation (what you can do no later than 14 days from the delivery of the order). Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed. However you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days from delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation. You will receive email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team. If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed within approx. 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via UK Standard Delivery. 
All sales are final upon delivery.
